Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Minmi handles information when you use our photography community and related services.
1. Information we receive
We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your display name, email address, profile details, messages, comments, feedback, and content you publish. We may also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including device type, app version, language, approximate region, and diagnostic events.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Minmi, show your published profile and posts, enable conversations and community features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, understand service performance, and communicate important service notices. We do not use your content for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis or appropriate notice.
3. Public and community content
Posts, comments, profile information, favorites that you choose to expose, and other community contributions may be visible to other Minmi users according to the feature settings you use. Please share only information you are comfortable making available to the community, and avoid including private contact details in public posts.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with carefully selected providers that help us host, secure, analyze, deliver, or support Minmi. These providers may process information only to perform services for us and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. 7. Children's privacy
Minmi is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of those laws. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Terms of Service
These Terms describe the rules for using Minmi. By using Minmi, you agree to follow them and to use the community responsibly.
1. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You may use Minmi only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, activity associated with your use, and keeping your access details secure. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
2. Community standards
Use Minmi for genuine photography discovery, sharing, discussion, and connection. Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, deceptive, invasive of privacy, sexually exploitative, or that infringes another person's rights. Do not harass others, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing content, you grant Minmi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this permission and that your content does not violate these Terms.
4. Moderation and reports
We may review, limit visibility of, remove, or preserve content when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or community safety. We may suspend or end access for repeated or serious violations. To report a concern or request help, use the Technical Support form below.
5. Service availability and third parties
Minmi may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Third-party services may be linked or integrated into the experience; their own terms and privacy policies apply, and Minmi is not responsible for their independent practices.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Minmi is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minmi disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minmi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
7. Indemnity, termination, and changes
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Minmi harmless from claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms. You may stop using Minmi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or material violations. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version; continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Minmi operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
